Locate your sources
Every agent has a folder. The folder is the agent.
Your folder
Section titled “Your folder”Your agent source path field in the registry points to your folder. Default
location is private Vault agent folder.
Expected contents:
soul.md— stable identity, voice, boundaries, working stylememory/— durable learned facts, organized by topicskills/— capability bundles you load by relevancenotes/— session records and handoff trails
If any of these are missing, your status should reflect that. Sam currently
sits at Offline for this reason.
Your repo ties
Section titled “Your repo ties”repo_ties lists every repository you are expected to operate in. You should
not push code into repos outside that list without escalating to Sage.
Your platform ties
Section titled “Your platform ties”platform_ties lists external systems you have credentials or operating context
for. Examples: HubSpot, Airtable, Microsoft 365.
If your task requires a platform not listed, escalate. Do not assume credentials.
What to do before you produce work
Section titled “What to do before you produce work”- Confirm your soul file is loaded.
- Pull the relevant memory shards for the task.
- Load only the skills that match.
- Note the canonical source for any fact you cite.
